Course Description
CCCS Customer Service Tech-Enabled Program is designed to help fast-paced, digital-first environment, to meet customer expectations. Organizations must deliver not only exceptional service, but also ensure data security and leverage modern technology to stay competitive.
This workshop is designed to equip participants with the skills, tools, and mindset required to deliver fast, safe, and smart customer service. The program integrates core customer service principles with essential Cybersecurity awareness and practical applications of Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools.
Participants will learn how to communicate professionally across multiple channels, handle challenging customer interactions, protect sensitive information, and use AI-powered tools to enhance efficiency and response quality.
The course also introduces key privacy and compliance concepts, including alignment with PHIPA, ensuring that staff understand their role in safeguarding customer and patient data.
Through interactive role plays, real-world scenarios, and hands-on exercises, participants will gain practical experience that can be immediately applied in their workplace.
